Please note that you will receive an order confirmation to your email address after placing your order. If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation, please email [email protected] and let us know that you did not receive confirmation. We will research your order and confirm receipt within one business day.
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions to your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. Exact shipping rates (which may include handling charges) are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
Additional fees such as taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the person who placed the order. Such costs are usually billed separately by USPS or your local customs department. Arclight is not responsible for any of these costs.
All international orders will be shipped USPS First class international unless customer selects a different method. Delivery times on international orders can be as much a 30-45 days, depending on method of shipment and customs clearance.
Tracking Information is available in the U.S. only. We cannot guarantee delivery on international orders; however, we can provide proof that the item was shipped.
All domestic orders for lower 48 states will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) via USPS priority Mail. Orders for Alaska or Hawaii destinations are shipped USPS Parcel Post (select ground) Allow 3-7 days delivery for ground orders from date of shipment. Expedited FedEx service is available at check-out prior to completing your order, and does require a signature at delivery. If you provide your email address, tracking numbers will be sent to you by email when your order ships.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact [email protected] for assistance. Merchandise to be returned must be in the condition received with RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of order. You must include a copy of your order confirmation when returning or exchanging merchandise. Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer. Return freight will be reimbursed after receipt of product if due to defective product only.
