Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions to your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. Exact shipping rates (which may include handling charges) are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.

Additional fees such as taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the person who placed the order. Such costs are usually billed separately by USPS or your local customs department. Arclight is not responsible for any of these costs.
All international orders will be shipped USPS First class international. Delivery times on international orders can take as long as 30-45 days, depending on customs clearance.
Tracking Information is available in the U.S. only. We cannot guarantee delivery on international orders; however, we can provide proof that the item was shipped.
All domestic orders for lower 48 states will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) via USPS priority Mail. Orders for Alaska or Hawaii destinations are shipped USPS Parcel Post (select ground.) Allow 3-7 days delivery for ground orders from date of shipment. Priority Express USPS (1 to 2 day) service is also available. Tracking numbers will be sent to you by email.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please go to the Arclight returns portal found in the (Returns Links in Footer) to generate a return label by entering your order number on shipment receipt. Merchandise to be returned must be in the condition received with your generated return label on the outside of the packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of order. (Arclightfab returns portal)
You will be notified via email when your return has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that it is possible that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received, therefore a refund will be issued.
